Diploma in Digital Applications DiDA (Level 1)
This is a highly practical one-year level 1 course which introduces you to the world of commercial computer usage. The focus of the studies is on the application of software to achieve genuine business objectives helping you understand how computers are used within the workplace.
The course covers 4 units they include: Using ICT, Multimedia, Graphics and ICT in Enterprise.

Entry Requirements
Students will require 4 GCSE passes grade E or equivalent IT qualification. Basic literacy, basic numeracy and some aptitude to working with computers is expected.
All students must attend an interview with the IT staff.
Progression
Successful completion of this course enables students to progress to the BTEC First Diploma IT Practitioners, or a modern apprenticeship in Business Administration or IT.
